01Gravity, Inc., a California corporation (“01Gravity”, “we” or “our”), respects your individual privacy.
This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of information that may be collected while you are on a 01Gravity website, when you order, download, and/or use products (i.e., mobile applications) or services, or information that is shared with 01Gravity by its business partners (collectively, “Services”). We do not intend to collect, nor do we sell to any third parties, information that personally identifies you; the information that we collect is typically anonymous and used only to provide and improve the Services.
01Gravity may collect information from you at the following three different stages.
First, we collect anonymous non-personal information from all users of our Services. For example, when using our mobile applications, our servers may automatically record certain information about your use of the application such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device type, operating system, the links and advertisements on our mobile applications that you clicked on, the amount of time you spent interacting with the Services and other statistics. We use this information to administer our Services and we analyze (and may engage third parties to analyze) this information to improve and enhance the Services by expanding their features and functionality and tailoring them to our users’ needs and preferences. We also use the IP Address to generate aggregate, non-identifying information about how our Services are used. In some cases we collect and store information about where you are located, such as by converting your IP address into a rough geolocation. We may use location information to improve and personalize our Services for you. When you access the Services via a mobile device, we will collect information related to the mobile device such as the serial number or MAC address and the open UDID of the device. We may use this information to improve and personalize our Services for you.
Second, in certain limited circumstances, 01Gravity may have access to personally identifiable information when you use the Services. Personally identifiable information is information that identifies you or that could be used to contact you off-line or on-line (such as your full name, email address, postal address, phone number, credit card information and in some cases user names, etc.). You may make personal information available to 01Gravity when you (i) access the Services using a third-party social network (such as Facebook or Game Center), or (ii) otherwise use the Services where personal information is required for use and/or participation. Note that by using a 01Gravity mobile application through a third party social network or other third party platform or service (a “Third Party Social Network”), or by connecting to a Third Party Social Network via a 01Gravity mobile application, you thereby authorize 01Gravity to collect, store and use any and all information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and that you agreed that such Third Party Social Network could provide 01Gravity information based on your settings on such Third Party Social Network.
Third, 01Gravity may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners or other users.
As stated above, we do not intend to collect, nor do we sell to any third parties, information that personally identifies you. The information that we collect is typically anonymous and used only to improve your experience with our Services. Our primary goal in collecting information from you is to provide you with a smooth and efficient experience while using the Services. However, in the event we obtain your personal information during your use of the Services, we will not give your personal information to, nor share your personal information with, any third party not affiliated with or owned by 01Gravity, except with your express permission, or when otherwise permitted by law. For example, 01Gravity may send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:
We store information that we collect through cookies and log files to create a profile of our customers. A profile is stored information detailing how individual customers use the Services. Collected information in a profile may be tied to the customer’s personally identifiable information. We use your profile to help us improve your experience.
In connection with the collection of both personal information and anonymous non-personal information, we may also use cookies and other technologies to learn more about your use of our Services. A cookie is a small text file stored on the customer’s hard drive for an extended period of time. Cookies will allow us to learn what web pages you visit and which features of the Services are used. The cookies can be removed by following Internet browser help file directions. 01Gravity and its third party partners may also use pixels, Clear GIFs (aka web bugs, beacons or tags) to manage and measure the performance of advertising.
Log files record internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser types, internet service provider (ISP) referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track a customer’s movement in the aggregate and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
Our Services may contain third party tracking tools from our service providers, examples of which include Google Analytics and Unity Analytics. Such third parties may use cookies, APIs, and/or SDKs in our Services to enable them to collect and analyze user information on our behalf. The third parties may have access to information such as your device identifier, MAC address, IMEI, locale (specific location where a given language is spoken), geo-location information, and IP address. We use analytics information for supporting business analysis and operations, business intelligence, product development, improving products and services, personalizing content, providing advertising, and making recommendations. These third party tracking tools may also use a technology called conversion tracking. We use conversion tracking to judge the quality of the campaigns we are running to promote 01Gravity products. For example, you may see our mobile applications advertised in other services. After clicking on one of these advertisements and installing a 01Gravity mobile application, conversion tracking allows us to verify the installation and a device identifier may be shared with the applicable third party advertiser. A non-exclusive list of analytics companies that operate their own technologies on or through our Services can be found below. By using the Services you agree that such analytics companies may collect and use data and information in accordance with applicable privacy policy for such company.
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information of a child under 13 we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible.
We will disclose personal information when required by law, or if we have good-faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) comply with current judicial proceedings, a court order or legal process served on us, (b) protect and defend our rights, or (c) protect the rights, property, and other interests of our users or others.
In the event that 01Gravity goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of a portion of its assets, our customers’ personal information may be part of the assets transferred. If, as a result of the business transaction, your personally identifiable information will be used in a manner materially different from that stated at the time of collection, you will be given a choice consistent with our Notification of Changes section.
The Services may contain links to and portions of other sites or services. 01Gravity is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these other sites or services. When you leave our Services or view a portion of a third party’s site or services through our Services, we encourage you to read the privacy statements of each such site or third party service. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by 01Gravity.
Given the nature of the Internet and the fact that network security measures are not infallible, we cannot guarantee the security of your information. We use encryption to protect sensitive information online.
01Gravity may edit this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes, we will prominently post a notice on this page to alert you of the change. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, we may transfer your information to the United States and process it there.
